I grew up in Kerrville and graduated from Tivy High School. I have a BA in English from UTSA. Some would argue that my degree is not very useful, but at least I can write full sentences! I married my high school sweetheart, and we raised our family in Kerr County. My husband is a retired Tivy coach and teacher. We have 2 grown boys, 2 wonderful daughters-in-law, and one precious grandbaby and we love to brag about them! Good ice cream is my guilty pleasure. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually working in the garden or sitting by the pool! I am a member of the Rotary Club of Kerrville and was the President of the Club in 2018-2019. Currently, I serve as Board Secretary for the Hill Country Crisis Council.
I have over 36 years of experience in the insurance industry. I started my career at USAA, where I worked for 14 years as a property claims adjuster and underwriter. I’ve been with Joe since he opened the Kerrville office in 2003! I love complex accounts and figuring out how to help clients protect their assets through insurance. I lead the commercial lines department at the agency.
